Change of Mind

I had been for a walk down at the harbour and Fittie, and just returned to the harbour area when I saw a vessel being pulled out of the inner harbour. I paused for a moment to check it was actually moving and determined that it was.

Two tugs, one behind and one in front, both moving in reverse. I presume when they get out of the harbour they will change direction. The vessel they were pulling turned out to be a large crane named Goliath. 

When I looked up the vessel later I found it was in the neighbouring Nigg Bay Area, presumably working on the harbour expansion project. This project should allow (small) cruise ships to dock near the outskirts of the city.

Prior to seeing this vessel, I had already taken several photographs, one of which would have been the Blip for today, however with a last minute change of mind Goliath came out the winner.
