Feeding Future Self

Usual nightmare first day back at work, overloaded and working into evening which I had resolved from comfort of holidays to stop doing...
Plans to cook a wholesome dinner went out of the window along with my work life balance schedule, however tried to recover the situation tonight by spending hours chopping up/ roasting/ processing all the vegetables in the fridge ready for speedy future meal creation.
