For the last few years we have done Vegetarian November and so today marked the start of it. Amy went all out this year and purchased a TOFU press!!! I think she has been spending too much time speaking with Katy, as I doubt Amy had even heard of this, I know I certainly hadn't. More gadgets to add to the kitchen, can't complain.
