A second too soon....

At Auckland airport, while waiting for my flight to Christchurch, I followed this Korean 747 down the runway, wanting catch the moment of rotation. Concerned that I was about to pan into the side of the window I pressed the shutter anyway - just a little too soon. The nose wheel is off the tarmac but my point-and-shoot won't reload quick enough for a second, more convincing shot!

Anyway back to Christchurch today for a week, then a week's holiday coming up ...yeeah!!
