Healthy Muffins?

Well, they're healthier than they were when Cynthia bought them at La Vie en Rose a couple of days ago. As you can see, that's long enough for a lot of the oil(?) to be extracted by contact with the paper bag they came in. They're called Morning Glory muffins, they're wonderfully moist, and are delicious. Definitely one of our favorite -- but not too frequent -- treats.
