Some of my garden's produce is super-sized. These spring onions are a prime example. First time I've ever grown them, and they're turning into whoppers.

I'm shattered tonight; just enough energy to walk the Red One.

It's been a good day though, with the great news that I'm getting a couple of weeks' leave to go to the UK to see my Ma, who is having a hip replacement op. So happy that I'll be able to be there to help along your recovery, Ma; even if it is just with company and cups of tea!

Any less pleasant stuff that's happened today has been and gone. I'm off to look at flights!
