Chickpea Raisin Couscous
I want to try new foods so I cooked chickpeas from scratch (I don't like canned foods) and made a delicious Mediterranean couscous with feta cheese and parsley. I used so many spices like cumin, oregano, black pepper and used my homemade chicken stock, the kitchen smelled so good. Eating it was my favorite part. The raisins gave it a good sweetness and I love feta cheese!
