Notes: Chilly morning. Was awake 330-5 something and then back to sleep a bit. Short time at the pool - in the sun out of breeze was ok and no one else was there. Plane trail circle around the sun was pretty cool! Headed to Central Ave 1130a for hypnotherapy appt, got gas on the way. Was in 12-345p! Went pretty well. Picked up Publix sushi on the way home and had early dinner, quiet night.
