Ready to cook!

I've used Delia Smith's recipe for my Christmas pudding for years, last year I tried a different, lighter version, but this year I'm back to the old favourite. The recipe usually makes 2 full sized puddings, this year it made 2 large and 3 small! I'll give one of the large ones to my niece, and one of the small ones to a friend - the other small puddings will be a trial run!
