Wallace Monument in Autumn

This morning I was in Stirling city centre for the first time in months, probably since before the start of the pandemic, and was saddened, but not surprised, to see so many businesses closed. 

I didn't linger once I'd done the couple of errands on my list, but I did stop at the Old Stirling Bridge to take a few photos of the Wallace Monument and the River Forth on an unexpectedly fine day.

GBBO has a 1980s theme tonight. I'm expecting chocolate crispies and Angel Delight...
