New reality day 98
Some agility on the route for the dogs this afternoon.
So back the story of our new neighbors.
The owner had had the call "Congratulations, you sold the house".
He's like "What?"
"You sold the house? There's new people living there!"
We assume that at this point some calls to the realtor have been made.
Today the owner came by and afterwards told us that he has made a rental agreement with the people who moved in until the end of the year. If they can't get their own affairs in order to be actually able to buy the house, they are out.
We assume that the realtor had given the keys to the house after a initial agreement to buy the house. The couple who moved in, haven't been able to sell their own house as they have some disagreements with the water rights and such (which I don't think will be cleared in 2 months).
The owner had not agreed to this arrangement.
Who moves into a house without buying it or renting it?
The owner has now amplified to the renters that they need to get a best kind of home insurance, if they wanna live there.
But what if the house was a stand alone house with it's own road? The people had moved in without the knowledge of the owner. They had not gotten a home insurance and something had happened. Law suite for sure.
We still can't believe how could have this happened. How unprofessional this realtor has been? How just very basic matters that nearly everyone knows, can go wrong? Just amazing.
