Swimming Season

I'm on a week long course on Risk Profiling. Got out at lunchtime to sit in the sun by the harbour for a bit and envied these swimmers out doing a bit of training. Way less pressure.

Update on yesterday's run time - it wasn't 35 minutes - official time in the paper today was 34.59!!!
