Parrots

Very pleased to find a big group of the very beautiful green and yellow Parrot Waxcaps (Gliophorus psittacinus) on Chailey Common. I've only seen them here once before and there are many more now. They are supposed to be a good indicator of grassland quality - only thriving in low nutrient conditions, so this appears to be good news.
