Bye Tim

The usually shopping occurred early this morning followed by a trip to the DIY shop for paint (lockdown project I hope).

It would have been Jeans 90th birthday today. I miss her.

Tim is beginning his long journey home tomorrow to New Caledonia. Stopping points are Glasgow, Amsterdam, Tokyo then New Caledonia. He has to quarantine when he gets to New Caledonia in a guarded hotel, to ensure he sticks to the strict 2 weeks isolation, before he can finally return to his home. NC has no cases on the island so all inhabitants can carry on their lives as normal. It's been a strange few weeks since he arrived in August  but at least all is now settled. He's been a fab guest and we're going to miss him.

In other news my Spellbinding photo from 31/10 won this weeks fun camera club challenge. I'm chuffed, again!
