Apple and Rhubarb Crumble

Still working our way through the apples from the garden and the rhubarb from the allotment. It was surprisingly tasty! We try to use all the fruit and veg produced, but there is always a glut of a few items - it is very satisfying though and worth the effort! All the allotments have done well this year. It is one of the activities which has not been restricted!
