Autumn Leaf Close-up.
I spent a large part of the day immersed in Edward Rutherford's book "Sarum" figuring that Neolithic Britain was about as far as I could get from the US 2020 presidential election. I also had a nice long telephone chat and catchup with Dbifulco. That and a few shots of some of the backyard foliage helped to pass this very anxiety-ridden, stressful day.
After dinner, we finally turned on the TV, and as it got later and later it started to feel like 2016 again. Now at 1:30 a.m., it looks like we will know nothing more tonight, so I am posting this and going to bed. I hope I can sleep.
Many thanks to JDO for hosting Tiny Tuesday this month.
