Making the Most

Mum and Dad paid for our household to go out for a meal at Pizza Express (while we still can).

Allegra was so excited to be allowed to choose an outfit to go out in, and to be going out at night (table was booked for 5:45 but it was dark!). She then moved on to telling me what I had to wear (a pretty smart black party dress!) - thankfully she also chose my denim jacket so I didn’t look over the top!

We had a lovely time - dough balls, pizza, montepulciano d’Abruzzo (for Sam, Paul and I!), and for me figs for dessert! (If you’ve never tried pizza Express’s Caffè Real dessert and you like figs - you should!)
