Assisting.

Today was possibly one of my favourite days with the other assistants. We headed to Monistrol to Libby's. I went in the car with Shadi and Rebekah and a French friend of theirs Nelly and her Dad. Despite the windy roads making me feel a little bit unwell, the views were stunning over the volcanoes, all covered in snow. There was beautiful sunshine too.

At Libby's everyone had brought lots of food, and it was nice to meet another new assistant from her town who will be joining our group until the end of the year. After eating we took a Sunday afternoon walk, which, because of the sunshine was incredibly lovely. It also felt very British!

Went back home for pudding, and afternoon tea, and a hilarious card game, probably made more amusing by the wine that had been consumed, this is France afterall! Got the train back late, and quite frankly didn't want to leave. I don't want to leave France and the end is arriving all too soon!
