Dwarf Borage!

9°C  -  15 mph WSW Wind Speed  -  23 mph Gusts  -  Overcast.  These Borage growing in a pot are very strange  -  although the flower is a normal size the stem is only about 2 inches high, whereas normal Borage grows about half a metre high  -  also all my normal Borage stopped producing flowers a few weeks ago.
