Norland Moor

WEDNESDAY WFH Day #148

A busy day working from home with a series of on-line meetings which have generated a shed-load of work.

Notwithstanding this I managed a 10km run over Norland Moor at 7:45 am and another 5km walk up to the moor at lunch time.

Both the main blip and extra were taken on the early morning run on the moor. It was by far the coldest start to the day for a while - the gritting lorry had been out overnight. But I was just about ok in short-sleeves and shorts. Nothing froze or fell off.
