Keeping focussed

It's been a distracting day with no clear winner yet in the USA election and the likelihood of trouble and division whatever it is.

For most of the day my thoughts have been elsewhere as I'd been referred for an urgent scan and consultation at Addenbrooke's hysteroscopy clinic.  Happily nothing alarming was discovered so I have gone back to worrying about the election result - oh and hoping Ben arrives safely back up north tonight.
