Catching up.......

......with a friend, online shopping, washing, cleaning, bread-making and storing apples. This year we had the best crop of apples since we planted our first apple trees back in 2013. There are more than we will eat in the next couple of weeks so I did a bit of research about the best way to store them. There was a bit of complaining by N when he saw that I was going to be using some of the shelf space in his lovely cool shed but he won't be complaining when he has home-grown apples to eat in a few weeks time.
