Regular spot

The poor heron has had a few mornings recently where the burn has been so high that it has had to abandon its normal spot or risk getting swept away.  However today the water had eased just a little and he was back on his rock surveying the world disdainfully.

Meanwhile, the building work has started so life is going to be interesting for the next week or two.
