sometimes it’s right in - front of us - other times, we need to - hunt for it - because it’s very elusive - regardless of the how - beauty is always there - we just need to look

it was necessary for me - to take a deep breath - after last night - and the yet ongoing state - of affairs of our country - i knew the election wouldn’t - be an easy thing - not just a formality to go through - i recognized it would be a battle - but knowing that and then seeing it - play out are two very different things - to have an incumbent who - is an adult yet acts like - a child having temper tantrums - tells lies and is so belligerent - makes me feel almost embarrassed - and it’s a horrible example - for the youth of - this generation

so picking up my camera - brought a sense of relief - to my soul - a wash of calm - almost a reset - knowing i can set my own self apart from - that which i observe - in someone else - and that i need to still - hold onto hope for what - lies ahead since - the vote is not done - and therefore it can - still be declared...
