When the main wharf was closed to the public this fishing platform was built for local fisherman.

It’s a well used facility, unless the weather is wet and dismal like this morning - (and all the other wet mornings this week!)

We woke to another wet day, although it cleared later this afternoon to dry greyness and now, as I write this there a beautiful colourful sunset glowed and faded relatively quickly.
