Early Morning

It was a beautiful cool morning today, only 13 degrees when I got up and such a delight.

As I stared around at the early morning, cup of tea in hand, dog on the right and cat on the left and thoughts just floating around....I eventually noticed this beautiful flower!

By later in the day even though it was cool, this flower was wilted and closed up, fleeting beauty gone. I was lucky to see it when I did.
