Tuesday walk

Getting way behind with posting and commenting, but no idea why!  Backblip for Tuesday 3 November.  The bus pass walkers got together (without using a bus!) for what was our last Tuesday walk for some time due to the national lockdown starting on Thursday.  Lovely to see V & M again. It was supposed to be dry, but guess what - it rained on us!  Lovely pathways full of autumn colour, and interesting to see where all the rhodies had been pulled out as they were spreading disease to the trees.  We braved the elements to have refreshments at the cafe - plastic bags prevented soggy bottoms and the large brollies held off most of the drizzle!w It was a bit cold for sitting out, but the bacon sandwiches made up for it!  Took a long time to warm up,afterwards, but good to see everyone for a group walk.  Hopefully we will see everyone again on the other side of lockdown!
