Flood

and so...

woke up this morning for an 0830 dental appt, whilst dreaming of water...got through to the front room to find that it was no dream...top flat had been flooding since 0500....and hadn't got a plumber in...had to wait for the police to call one in....four other flats damaged....mine being ground floor got away "best" but will still need hall, bathroom and kitchen done.....bloody hell, happy monday!

but at least i got a blip...
