today the physio came ad give me some good tips and she reminded me it is only 17 days ago i had the op.....so i need to stop being impatient and really work toward 6-8 weeks recuperationi.......
nights are very long because i cannot get comfortable yet.....

just now i looked up and saw an amazing sunset....see in extra...it disappeared in a minute....so glad i caught it...

I have a serious reader lamp and it is beginning to flicker...i rang them and they are sending me a free new bulb, because the lamp is only 18 months old....
friday tomorrow again...weeks fly by.....
