The last blip?
Of the twins that is, I still intend to 'Carry on Blipping'.
They were off to see Joanne, Daniel and his gang. It's less than a ten minute walk from our house and it's been a lovely day, cold but sunny.
I will try to get a final photograph on Saturday when I take them to RAF Brize Norton for their flight to Cyprus to start a new chapter in their young lives. They will be very nearly 5 years old when Julia's 3 year tour end in 2023, seems such a long time but I know it will fly by.
P.S. It's that time of year when we get the fireworks, bangs and flashes which terrifies Jonty. He spends the night shaking with fright, particularly at the big bangs.
This year he is much calmer since we got an Adaptil vapour plug-in and an adaptil collar. They, apparently, give off pheremones which keeps animals calm. We had the plug-in last year, it helped but he was still frightened. Much better this year with the collar as well. He still jumps at the bangs, and has been shaking for a few minutes after some very big bangs, but he soon calmed down again.
