Notes: Tried to go for run this morning but right calf kept cramping so walked a lot more than I wanted. Did some work on it as it remained tight thru the day. Was waiting on termite guy who didn't arrive until after 11a and then cleaned the floors before walking on the beach for awhile and sitting at the pool. Got my Bulletproof (collagen protein) box from the office and then got cleaned up. Late smoothie lunch. Sunset wasn't too colorful and night is cool-ish and breezy. Talked to Gary and Gloria a bit and then saw these lit-up bikes with music blasting when I headed back in.
