Doing the Kora

Our local stupa is the biggest in Asia, one of Buddhism's most holy places and has lots of prayer wheels (pictured). People like this man "do the kora" everyday. Which means walking clockwise around the monument while reciting mantras with their prayer beads. On some auspicious days people will spend hours walking around it!

Cheers for the "get well soon"s, I ate some rice this evening so things are looking up (so far so good anyway!)
