Berries.

It was always believed that lots of berries in the autumn heralded a long cold winter ahead. We shall see. Not that we ever really get much snow as we are so near to the coast as the crow flies. It is some years since we have had any really bad snow.

One lot of children are back tomorrow morning. I think they have enjoyed all that Cornwall can offer in lockdown. The weather is still awful here and I think they will have a pretty miserable trip back tomorrow.

I headed off to the shops today. So wish I hadn’t! The shop was rammed and really made me feel very uncomfortable . I really didn’t enjoy it at all. I think people are panic buying again ahead of another possible lockdown.
