Whoops - That was not Meant to happen

Whoops - That was not Meant to happen - So I was cutting a 45 degree mitre joint with the table saw and I know you need a three pressure contact with the work piece. 1. Firm push forward. 2. Firm push from the side into the fence. 3. Downward to stop kickback. All was going well, I had two sides to mitre and this was the second side, almost to the end. I decided to move the yellow pusher slightly so the blade did not hit it and in so doing I removed the downward push and voila 'Kick-back' (and I don't mean taking a bribe). So I said 'Oh Dear oh dear' :)
