Big Wheels Keep On Turning

I have managed to start running again. Not far, not fast and not for long. Having to nurse mtself back after injury. Out this morning doing laps of the sportsfield as this is easier on my heel than road running.

It was a beautiful morning so we walked along the canal to the village to pick up provisions. That's today's exercise in the bag.
