Another day, another poppy display....

A gorgeous sunny day today which lured me out of the house! So much easier to get walking when the skies are blue!

Walked to the local church first where this fabulous knitted/crochet display of poppies was being 'tended' by the husband of one of the women who spent the first lockdown making all the flowers!

Then went for a little walk along the creek and spotted an egret or two an some teal ducks while the tide was coming in.  Also found a new little cafe by the station which is open for takeaways so might be taking advantage of that for some tea and cake on future walks!
