Misty Dawn

It was a very misty morning, filling the valley until the sun broke through. Within 90 minutes after sunrise it had almost all gone. Our morning walk was given extra magic as the light changed and we were able to enjoy the shifting mist and spot the spiders webs glinting with the dew in the emerging sunlight. It lifted the spirits of our fellow early walkers and put a smile on everyones face. I have enjoyed spending most of the day in the garden clearing and weeding our developing woodland area, plating bulbs and the two shrubs we bought last week. The news from the USA is increasingly positive for Biden and there should be a result by the end of the day. Something else to lift the spirits.
