I spent an hour this afternoon watching the very moving documentary "Being Frank: the Frank Gardner Story" about the BBC Middle East correspondent who was shot and paralysed in an appalling attack by Al Qaeda several years ago. Highly recommended.

I am still on duty. P has to work tomorrow morning as filming nears completion. I found out last night that Brooke Shields is the star of this production and that in real life she is absolutely charming. Now you know ;-)
