A version of this recipe

I had some lamb to use with had no Idea what to cook, so I found this recipe: https://www.lurpak.com/en-me/cooking-with-lurpak/pan-seared-lamb-chops-with-garlic--onions/ I swapped out the Apple cider vinegar, shallots and sugar for red onion and red wine vinegar. I served the amazing lamb with a typically British salad of iceberg lettuce and cucumber with some fries. We would definitely have this meal again.
