A random loaf of bread has turned up again outside my door! 

I forced myself out a walk with a friend this afternoon and it only left me annoyed and pee'd off with her. She gave me a hard time because I had said no to walks earlier in the week. I wish people knew what it felt like to feel what I do. I don't need that kind of chat. It doesn't help. 

Later on it was the zoom course.
