The Sun

The Sun has been at solar minimum for a while now meaning fewer sunspots are seen. It seems to be turning the corner however and this is the best group for ages. For scale, the spot on the right is considerably bigger than the Earth.
I used a special filter to get this photo, you have to be extremely cautious when dealing with the Sun.
