Baby praying mantis

We've got babies!!!! I am so happy to see these little critters, not much longer than a grain of rice, on the bush out the front of our house. 

I took Abe for an 8 km walk this morning; he was really good. I'm finally feeling like the training and consistency is starting to pay off a bit.

Then home for a quick bit of lunch before walking down to town with SR for a cuppa (our first one since we met about six weeks ago). Actually, it's the first time I've seen the lower part of her face, since masks have been compulsory for months now. We had a bit of a laugh about that.

I'm cooking some dinner with produce from our garden and then turning in early. I am pooped.
