Angel Wings

Hello! I have Thursday and Friday still to blip, but doing today as we have finally heard the result of the election, so we're all breathing a huge, collective, sigh of relief! Now we've only got a few more months to put up with the madness spewed out by DJT. I would have opened a bottle of Veuve Cliquot champagne if I wasn't on this new drug for gout!

The day started with a good OaSis meeting where one of the ladies walked us through the history of the Reformation. This was done because 31st October is Reformation Day. It's not too well known because 31st October is also, of course, Halloween.

G wanted to get herself a black t-shirt so we headed to M&S in Dubai Mall. On the way to the store, we saw this painting on the shop next door which is under construction. We popped into Eataly to get a pukka Parmesan wedge after M&S. It was the busiest I've ever seen the store!

Not much else to say except we are ready for the new week and a bit of the evening got spent watching the news and helping G get on Twitter!!! ;)
