Rising and Setting

I don't know which was the nicest to watch as I walked to and from work today. Both special in their own way.

I have been in sheer agony today, at times I have felt sick with pain. Finding it hard to sit as it seems to be my coccyx I have really hurt.
No strong painkillers for me either as it messes up my stomach. Jeez!
