My Grandfather Bertram Downey, awarded the Military Medal in the field on  29 November 1917 at Passchendaele

My Great Uncle William (Bill) Mutimer who served throughout the Western Front and left the army as a Acting Staff Sargent in the RASC

My 1st Cousin David Drake, killed in an air accident serving with the RAF in Burma 16 September 1944
