Shampoo Cap

Lockdown 2.0 day 4

My hair was in desperate need of a wash but in my current state, I can’t have a shower.
The nurses brought me a ‘shampoo cap’ which is an ingenious idea!
As modelled in my photo, you wear it like a shower cap and massage the contents into your hair and scalp to refresh things without over wetting. So much better than dry shampoo!
This was followed by a bed bath and clean nightie, so I’m feeling fresh again now.

I’m missing seeing Mr A; it’s usually him that’s away from home, but I did manage to WhatsApp call him yesterday to see his lovely face for a bit. That cheered me up no end. I’ve also had loads of messages from friends so replying to everyone has helped to keep me occupied :-)
