WE WON!!!

Dear Diary,

I have waited four years to yell, "You're Fired" from my front porch and I did just that in the late morning yesterday.  What a glorious day and what a HUGE relief to know that the Tangerine Tyrant will soon be gone.  He won't go graciously, that's for sure, but go he will at noon on January 20, 2021.  It was fitting that Joe won yesterday because it was on that day in 1972 that he was first elected to the Senate.  I watched his and Kamala's speeches last night and the world-wide celebrations and I felt a hope in the future of America that I haven't felt for four years.  Goodness, truth and compassion won.  Joe wrote on the wall of the house he was born in on the day before the election, "From this house to the White House by the grace of God".  Joe and Kamala have a very hard road ahead but I, and the world it seems, wish them God's speed.
