Down by the sea

After listening to the service and observing the silence this morning we took the dogs for a walk down at the north of the island. We noticed these flowers blooming all along the path by the sea and it was nice to see the colour in November. I have no idea what they are. The beach in the distance was full (by our standards) of people walking their dogs. They looked like matchstick men and dogs. (see extra) It made us think of a beach version by the artist L S Lowry.

We visited a local ceramic artist whilst we were out and Mrs BR bought some work from her. One to blip for another day. 

We also bought some more bird food from the garden centre  as it seems to disappear very quickly from both feeders. Tilly enjoys sitting in the summer house and watching them when she comes.
