The weather was nice on the day we learned that Joe Biden had clenched the presidency. Now the nation can heal. At least I hope.

I'm not ready to forgive. I don't know if I can forgive. I have friends and family who voted for an awful, hate-filled man who hid behind the Bible despite never having read any of it or believing a word. They fell for his facade and trickery, the same garbage he'd gotten away with his whole life. My brother, who isn't religious, fell for the racism and hatred and became outwardly racist and crude. I want nothing to do with him anymore. It's a shame because he really could use some support in his miserable life. But he made his choice.
