Lest We Forget

After this morning's zoomed church service we had our weekly FaceTime chats with two of our friends. Still not as good as going out for a cup of coffee or meal with them but better than nothing.

After sitting around for another couple of hours I persuaded Guy that we should get out for a walk before we siezed up completely. We all knitted poppies 2 years ago and they have been kept safely by the school. Apparently the firemen helped to attach them to two of the tree trunks near the war memorial.
